I am a Nurse Health Visitor and Level 4 Personal Trainer specialising in movement and exercise for the female body. I believe in the power of movement for healing and strengthening, both mentally and physically. This notion is at the core of my coaching ethos and approach to personal training. With my background in nursing and qualifications in pre and post-natal exercise, menopause and pelvic floor rehabilitation, I am perfectly placed to support women throughout all stages of the life course.
I understand that adopting new fitness habits is daunting and can be difficult. My goal is to support you in enjoying your fitness journey to where movement becomes part of who you are. I strongly believe that a healthy lifestyle nurtures and facilitates a happy life. My mission is to empower people to care for their body so that it can be enjoyed for a long and fulfilling life. I believe that exercise training can bring benefits to everyone and I am excited to work with women with a wide variety of fitness levels and backgrounds.
